NEWS FLASH!!! (11.05.2020) - Update following the announcement regarding the closure of St Andrew's Surgery during the current pandemic. We are now looking to offer a small number of pre-booked Nurse appointments. These will mainly be offered to vulnerable patients, but will include some routine procedures moving forward.


For staff and patient safety the site will still remain closed to walk in enquiries. Please contact the surgery by phone in the usual way (01273 476216) or online.  For more details see below.

Practice Manager

Shelley Christou is our Practice Manager and is responsible for the smooth running of the Practice and manages the finances and staff. She is also responsible for the quality of service given to you. If you have any queries, suggestions or complaints, please speak or write to her; she is here to help you

Allison Saunders

The Assistant Practice Manager  works alongside the Practice Manager, as well as looking after and enhancing the use of the Practice computer systems and website, her  work also includes project management, training, and audit.

Administration

Clinical Administrator

Sharon Bigwood provides a vital role in supporting our clinical administration, this includes running our annual and adhoc recall systems and the summarising and coding of medical records.

Julie Barnett (f)

Dementia and Frailty Co-ordinator

We have a new member of staff, Julie Barnett, who co-ordinates the administration of our dementia services but more importantly provides a constant support network for those with memory concerns and their families and carers.

Reception

Our team of receptionists are fully trained to do a very difficult job well. They may have to judge the urgency of your request so please try to give the receptionists the information they request. Any questions you are asked will be part of our policy aimed at making the Practice run smoothly.
